The most amazing coffee shop on Main Street in Cedar Falls...

We had to do a "photo story" for Photojournalism... our final assignment for this class, thank goodness.

I took out a fish-eye this morning and had a little fun! (And also a really great chocolate chai!)

Our 2nd assignment for commercial... Texture! Decided to add a little bit of the finishing goodies like backgrounds, borders, signatures, etc..

Blogger makes it somewhat blotchy throughout their uploading process... its not this stark, and the background is actually a little darker brown... :)

As usual for this time of night, my thoughts turn to... well, food. Just some of the food shots I've taken this last year (07-08).

The one with the eaten pan of brownies (don't worry, it wasn't all me) was for an addictions assignment. I received a pretty decent grade on it.. something about levels of meaning? hmm, chocolate? I don't have a problem..

And those are oranges at the bottom.. oranges. Interesting texture, no?

Now, off to raid my fridge..
