Awhile back, this young couple won a maternity session from one of my giveaways. The weather finally warmed up enough to at least get outside, but I won't say there wasn't any shivering. ;)

Anyway, I met them through an entrepreneurial networking meeting. She owns Miller Real Estate and he owns a construction/remodeling company.

They're a fantastic couple... and I know they're excited to meet little miss "Peanut" in a few weeks!

And then I remembered it was about 90 degrees in her room for the photo shoot. :)

Sweet, little Zayda! She was full of smiles... and loved her little tongue. :) We had a smiley, happy 6-month session this morning. Once again, it is such a joy working with family.. I love it! :)

Also speaking of family, guess who's 39-weeks, 4-days, and has her bags packed?!

This little sweetie I quick grabbed a shot of at a wedding more than a month ago.. look for wedding pictures again soon as I start to delve deeper into my to-do lists! :)

This cute bench was another one of her projects she's been working on. What a great idea for left-over paint!

This little girl's name is a family mom-and-dad secret...But the girls call her "Baby G."

Baby G's doing lots of kicking and rolling around, and everything's progressing beautifully. :)

24weeks {4days} | Neenah Maternity Photographer

Her project recently has been house painting. Yes. House painting. Her motto is "pregnant, not handicapped." She had some great ideas to use the house and some props to show what she's been doing.

Little miss was out of bed an hour past bed-time. Uh oh.

Scaffolding. Can you picture her crawling around on scaffolding painting? Sigh. Crazy lady.

Her, uhm, cranberry juice. To help with things. You know. :)

Another great idea of hers... sitting in bed (which was great for the sciatica! maybe house painting isn't? :D) reading pregnancy books. I thought she already would know everything since she's already had two kiddos..? Or do these things change? haha.

I had some practice with bouncing my flash around off the ceiling... it was great! I love how they turned out! These remind me of stock or magazine images. Of course, I'm sure the king bed with the fluffy comforter, and beautiful teal walls add to the charm. :)

PS. Anyone else want to "borrow" that top? So adorable! I wonder if they make non-maternity versions of it...

24weeks {4days} Sneak Peek! | Neenah Maternity Photographer

Last week was the 24-week marker... so we had another round of photos. She had a lot of great ideas, including working in her/their room with their bed and some maternity/baby books.

Gave me a little more practice with my flash (bouncing it off the ceiling) to create the look I was imagining... I love the inside shots more than what we captured outside!

Video's coming tomorrow and the rest spread out the next few days. :)

Ps. A huge thank-you to all my fans and followers who gave your opinions on my idea for a new logo. Many of you told me to keep trusty, old faithful, which I am going to do. However, I'll be adding a lot more color in the future and streamlining some things when I re-work my sessions, packages, and prices for 2011.
